PLANTChoir will refund or exchange for new within 30 days of purchase provided PLANTChoir device must be 100% original condition in original packaging with all contents (1 Micro usb charging cable, 2 clips, 1 peruvian cotton travel bag)

Terms and Conditions:

* Items that are damaged, defective, or missing need to be reported within 3 days of delivery. Report any damage directly to support@plantchoir.com

* Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. PLANTChoir is not responsible for return shipping costs for any non-defective products being returned for a full refund. 

* Items must be complete in the clean and original packaging.

* All merchandise may be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer’s discretion.

* PLANTChoir units may be returned within 30 days. Upon receipt of the device, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to assess its condition. While there may be a possibility of a restocking fee of up to 5%, it's important to note that this percentage is not fixed and may vary based on the condition of the product and anything that has  been omitted from the original shipment.  Please ensure that the PLANTChoir device is in 100% original condition, in its original packaging, and includes all contents your order included. When completing any return shipping documents.  Do Not Forget to declare the value as $1 dollar and state "Returning the device" as the reason for return.  

* Order cancellations are eligible for a full refund up until your PLANTChoir ships. Once the tracking number has been assigned, we cannot issue a refund without receiving the PLANTChoir back to our warehouse. Refunds are not accepted past the 30-day window once the product is marked as delivered.

* PLANTChoir is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Incase of such scenarios, our team may not be able to provide replacements or reship your parcel without additional charges. 

* Online Clearance items are considered ‘final sale’ and are not returnable.

After August 29, 2025, CUSMA duty-free treatment is still available.  PlantChoir is created, manufactured, and assembled in Canada and deliveries to the USA are exempt from the 35% tariff on goods coming from Canada that are covered under the  CUSMA trade agreement.  At PlantChoir we offer the delivery option DHL.  Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.  Postal shipments pay IEEPA rates regardless of CUSMA qualification.CUSMA-originating goods from Canada and Mexico are not exempt from IEEPA tariffsand therefore we do not offer postal services as a delivery option.
