Free Shipping in North America and Europe
Shipping Carriers
We ship worldwide using trusted carriers, including:

Canada Post: Tracked Packet, Xpresspost, Priority, Expedited, Regular Parcel, Small Packet (Air/Surface), International Parcel (Air/Surface), and more (with prepaid duties supported where available).

UPS: Express Early, Express, Express Saver, Expedited, Standard.

DHL: Express Worldwide (supports prepaid duties).

Purolator: Express, Ground.
Delivery Estimates

Domestic (Canada): 3–8 business days

USA: 5–10 business days

International: 6–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date.
Tracking

Most shipments include tracking information, which will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees.

Where available, we support prepaid duties options to make the process smoother.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges if duties are not prepaid.

After August 29, 2025, CUSMA duty-free treatment is still available. PlantChoir is created, manufactured, and assembled in Canada and deliveries to the USA are exempt from the 35% tariff on goods coming from Canada that are covered under the CUSMA trade agreement. At PlantChoir we offer the delivery option DHL. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
